What is SheLC’s Return Policy? How does it work?
SheLC.in provides hassle free returns on products if came defective to you. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, box, label and packaging.
We first offer replacement or exchange of the same product to your address if the original product came damaged to you, however, if the same product is not in stock with us, then we offer full amount refund back to your bank account within 7 days of receiving back the damaged product from you, about which you will be communicated on priority.
The procedure to return the product to us:
Self-Ship: You shall have to ship the product at your end within 10 days of its receipt and we will credit the shipping costs into your SheLC account in the form of store credits which you can use at any time, provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us. Whereas the product cost will refunded back to you in the same mode as paid by you.
If you choose to exchange the defective item, you will only be provided with a replacement of the item again, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please check the availability first on our website.
Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.
The maximum store credit coupon against your courier charges to be reimbursed by us is worth Rs.100. For all returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at Shelc’s warehouse. If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.
In each case, to return your product, you need to mail us with ‘Returns for order#’ as the subject line to expedite your case. Please write to us within 72 hours of the delivery that you’d like to return your products by emailing us at email@example.com. You can also contact us through the ‘Contact us’ page (in the top menu). No returns will be accepted in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition or over 10 days have passed to its delivery. All original packaging and labels need to be intact.
